The Gaza Tribunal was established as a civil society response to the continuing failure of states and international institutions to ensure accountability for the crimes committed in Gaza. Its work brings together survivor testimonies, WitnessEye documentation, expert analysis, legal classification reports, the Sarajevo Declaration, the Final Statement of the Jury of Conscience, and the Tribunal’s conclusion that the genocide continues.
These materials are not intended to remain only as an archive. They are a call to action.
Civil society organizations can use the Gaza Tribunal materials to educate the public, engage parliaments and governments, mobilize professional associations, support legal accountability, challenge complicity, and build coordinated campaigns across political, legal, academic, cultural, economic, technological, and social fields.
Step 1 — Read
Start with the Gaza Tribunal Judgement, the Final Statement of the Jury of Conscience, the Sarajevo Declaration, and the conclusion titled “The Genocide Continues.”
Explore the Expert and Witness testimonies and legal classification reports. These materials connect first-hand survivor accounts with categories of international law, including genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, starvation, forced displacement, civilian targeting, and attacks on medical and educational infrastructure.
Send the Tribunal findings to parliamentarians, government ministries, national human rights institutions, universities, professional chambers, unions, municipalities, and international organizations.
Tell the Gaza Tribunal what action your organization has taken. This will help build a global map of civil society engagement and strengthen coordination.
